Jira, not to be mistaken with the software of the same name, is currently a UX Researcher @ the Social Interaction Lab at New Jersey Institute of Technology.Jira's work focuses on video games and game-adjacent digital communities, mental health, marginalized identities, and non-heteronormative sexuality.As a member of the LBGTQ+ and the gaming communities, Jira is an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, particularly in gaming spaces.
